Why The 2022 BMW xDrive 840i Coupe Lease Deals Is So Desirable
If you think that large luxury sedans are too old-fashioned for you or that midsize luxury sedans are too conventional for you, you might consider leasing the new BMW xDrive…
The Sierra HD can be described with three words; Confident, Capable and Rugged. Built for the fiercest challenges and the most extreme adventures, very few trucks can stand up to the 2023 GMC Sierra HD. The heavy-duty truck boast stout, gas-guzzling engines, a solid towing capacity, and a plethora of cutting-edge trailering technology.
It’s no surprise that the gigantic truck gets no significant changes for 2023 since it’s due for a mid-cycle refresh in 2024. This review walks you through what you need to know when leasing the 2023 GMC Sierra HD.
The Sierra HD can be had with one of two stout eight-cylinder engines. The default engine is a 6.6Liter V8 that mates with a heavy-duty six-speed automatic transmission and kicks out 401 horsepower and 464 pound-feet of torque. Upgrade to the optional 6.6Liter Duramax Turbo-Diesel V8, and you’ll be greeted by a substantial 445 horsepower and a mind-blowing 910 pound-feet of torque. While the higher-output diesel pairs exclusively with an Allison 10-speed automatic transmission, both setups can be equipped with rear- or four-wheel drive.
When properly equipped with the diesel engine and dual-rear axle, the more powerful 3500 HD variant of the gigantic Sierra can tow as much as 35,500 lbs and carry up to 7442 lbs on its cargo bed. On the other hand, the Sierra 2500 HD only comes with a single rear axle. It has a max towing capacity of 18,500 lbs and a max payload capacity of 3979 lbs.
There are no official EPA estimates for the Sierra HD as EPA doesn’t test such heavy-duty vehicles. However, given the Sierra HD’s size, burly engines, and jaw-dropping capabilities, you can expect to pay a hefty price at the pump.
Despite its size, the Sierra HD inherits the interior design language common among GMC lease deals. It features a large dashboard and intuitive controls that seamlessly fit into the interior design. Though some luxury-oriented shoppers may not be impressed with the Sierra HD’s interior, things tend to get a lot more luxurious on the top-spec Denali trim. There’s also an extensive suite of optional features to spec out your truck’s interior.
The enormous Sierra can be outfitted with state-of-the-art driver assistance and trailering features to ensure maximum safety at all times. Some of these features include;
