Inside, the Suburban has a huge dashboard with a well-placed central console for ease of use. A nice feature is the soft door armrests which provide comfort on long trips. The Suburban’s high seating provides a panoramic view of the road. The three-row SUV can be fitted with second-row captain’s chairs for comfort. There are many upgrades available including a head-up display, heated steering wheel, and ventilated front seats which are available at the top of the range.
With numerous trays throughout the cabin, the Suburban has convenient interior storage. A power-operated liftgate and power-folding third-row are available, but the latter is reserved for the top model. The Suburban has 39 cubic feet behind the third row and up to 95 cubic feet with the second and third rows folded. You will be able to fit many bags and boxes easily.
Every Suburban has an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 4G LTE mobile hotspot. The infotainment system has lots of charging points including five USB ports and five 12-volt outlets. Most models also offer a Bose sound system, rear-seat entertainment system, and wireless charging. Even though the Suburban does not come with many driver-assistance features it is highly rated in many safety tests. Key safety features include automated emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, and lane-keeping assist.
