With its 2020 model, the GMC Acadia is not just coming back on the scene as the same spectacular crossover SUV it has always been. The GMC Acadia is about to return with a new and improved look, better comfort and convenience, and, perhaps, better power options.
There are different options when leasing the GMC Acadia 2020; its versions are SL, SLE, SLT, AT4, and Denali versions. A new addition this year, the AT4 is ideal for off-road adventures. Let us take a look at the various details and aspects of the 2020 GMC Acadia below;
As if the GMC Acadia was not a site to see before the new model year, the 2020 version is bolder than ever.
The GMC Acadia 2020 has new exterior mirrors and LED headlights on both sides of a revisited grille. The dark trim makes for a confident attitude. 17-inch alloy wheels are standard, although 20-inch wheels are available.
Inside, the GMC Acadia 2020 is both spacious and luxurious. A redesigned center console, a new color scheme, and real wood trim are all improvements from Acadia from last year.
At Denali level, you will appreciate the high-end leather seats in the first two rows and the real ash wood trim.
In terms of space, not surprisingly, the GMC Acadia 2020 offers a world of it. With the two rows of rear seats lowered, the amount of cargo space available increases to 79.0 cubic feet. Front passengers will also benefit from 41 inches of legroom.
You only need to look at the GMC Acadia 2020 to get a good idea of the power it contains. At the basic SL level, a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine produces 193 horsepower and 188 lb-ft of torque. When you decide to do everything and opt for Denali trim at the top of the rankings, you will do so supported by a 3.6-liter 6-cylinder, which is good for 310 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque.
New for 2020 is the AT4 version, a 2.0-liter turbo-4, which is particularly strong off the beaten track. All versions of the 2020 GMC Acadia come with a 9-speed automatic transmission, unlike last year’s 6-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard on the base SL version, but an all-wheel-drive system is also available.
For starters, the GMC Acadia 2020 offers new infotainment software to improve not only your listening experience but also the element of convenience.
New with the GMC Acadia 2020 is an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen, which is an inch larger than last year’s model. Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto â„¢, and Bluetooth® wireless technologies make it easy to connect and play all your favorite music and TV shows.
