Why The 2022 BMW xDrive 840i Coupe Lease Deals Is So Desirable
If you think that large luxury sedans are too old-fashioned for you or that midsize luxury sedans are too conventional for you, you might consider leasing the new BMW xDrive…
We all know what Mercedes-Benz is capable of, so it’s no surprise that the decorated automaker nailed it in terms of the EQS SUV’s interior and tech, but how about other areas?
The all-new 2023 EQS SUV is the jacked-up, square-back version of the EQS sedan, and it’s Mercedes-Benz’s idea of what an all-electric full-size luxury SUV should look like. However, unlike its sedan counterpart, the EQS SUV’s design is much more relatable, and its roomier cabin is something shoppers can’t look away from. Here’s more info for those looking to lease the all-new Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV.
Despite sharing the same platform with the EQS luxury sedan, the SUV’s powertrain offerings differ slightly. The default powertrain for the EQS SUV is a rear axle-mounted electric motor that makes 355 horsepower and 419 lb-ft of torque. The 450 4Matic adds an extra electric motor to the front axle, translating to all-wheel drive and an improved 590 lb-ft of torque. The top-of-line model is the EQS 580 4Matic, whose dual electric motors develop a combined 536 horsepower and 633 lb-ft. The EQS SUV is nimble thanks to standard equipment like adjustable air suspension and rear-axle steering system. It also features an off-road drive mode which offers increased ground clearance and all that is needed to drive through rugged terrain. According to Mercedes, the more powerful 580 model can sprint from 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds.
All EQS SUV models feature a 108.4 kWh battery pack with an EPA-estimated driving range of up to 305 miles on the base model and 285 miles on the other models. As expected, the most efficient is the entry-level EQS 450+ with an EPA-rated 87 MPGe city and 83 MPGe highway.
Except for increased ride height and three rows of seats, the EQS SUV’s interior is identical to what you get on the EQS sedan. Like in other Mercedes-Benz EVs, the layout is simple yet overflowing with next-level tech, especially on models with the optional 56-inch hyper screen. Standard features include the 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, a vertically-inclined 12.8-inch touchscreen display, 64-color ambient lighting, heated and ventilated front seats, luxury front head restraints, etc. Options include massage seats, rear seat entertainment, a passenger-side display, and more.
Like the EQS sedan, its high-riding sibling is out-fitted with Mercedes-Benz’s most advanced safety and driver assistance features, such as;
