Why The 2022 BMW xDrive 840i Coupe Lease Deals Is So Desirable
If you think that large luxury sedans are too old-fashioned for you or that midsize luxury sedans are too conventional for you, you might consider leasing the new BMW xDrive…
Last year, the iX made a grand entry as BMW’s first and only fully-electric SUV. One year later, the mid-size crossover still amazes us like it was yesterday.
The 2023 BMW iX is about the size of the regular X5 SUV, and it gets virtually everything right from design to luxury to performance. It features larger kidney grilles, two zesty electric motors, an enormous integrated digital display, and streamlined styling that tells us what to expect from the German automaker’s upcoming lineup of electrically-powered SUVs. If you want to lease the latest BMW iX, here’s what you should know about the EV.
Like other BMW EV lease deals, the iX can be had in two strengths. The entry-level model is the xDrive50 which is motivated by a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive setup that churns out 516 horsepower and 564 lb-ft of torque. These numbers see the iX xDrive50 hit 60mph in an impressive 4.0 seconds. Going for the top-spec M60 unlocks two enhanced electric motors that generate a whopping 610 horsepower and 749 lb-ft of torque, enabling the iX M60 to accelerate from 0-60mph in a stunning 3.2 seconds. Despite being electric, the iX still channels BMW’s performance prowess with breakneck acceleration, spry handling, and a smooth driving experience.
Both iX models feature a 111.5 kWh battery pack, of which 105.2 kWh is usable. According to the German Automaker, the battery will offer up to 307 miles of driving range for the base xDrive50 and  296 miles for the more powerful M60 model. EPA reveals that the most efficient 2023 iX is the xDrive50, equipped with 20-inch wheels. It is rated 86 MPGe in the city and 87 MPGe on the highway.
Inside, the iX goes for a simple, modern, and practical design. Like every BMV EV, the iX features a large, curved 14.9-inch infotainment display merged with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Regarding space, the iX is about the same size as the mid-size X5 SUV and offers similar passenger and cargo capacities. Eye-catching details inside the iX include a hexagonal-shaped steering wheel, the electrochromic shading on its panoramic sunroof, a glass rotary controller, touch-sensitive surfaces rendered in open-pore wood, etc.
The iX inherits many of BMW’s advanced safety and driver assistance technology. However, shoppers who opt for the base model might have to pay extra to enjoy some of these features. Highlights of the 2023 iX include;
